Sizing and Repairs
Although Original Diamonds.com offers only the finest quality products, from time to time, some service or repair may be necessary. For sizing, alterations, or repairs, please contact our customer service department. Any alterations made prior to the 14 day exchange period will void your ability to return the item.
Exchanges
Original Diamonds.com will happily exchange any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section. Items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured at the customer's expense with in Seven days of customers receiving date. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive an exchange item or credit to the same value of purchased on another item in out stocks, excluding the original shipping expenses.
